Privacy notice
ABSENG Services Ltd ("ABSENG", "we") is a company registered in Kenya with its office in Nairobi. This notice explains what personal information we collect through www.absengservices.com, why we collect it and how you can control it. We handle personal data in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
What we collect

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or collect more than we need for the purposes above.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of trusted service providers. They act on our instructions and may store data outside Kenya with appropriate safeguards:
- Web3Forms: delivers website form messages to our inbox.
- Google Workspace: our company email, where enquiries and CVs are received.
- Cloudflare: hosts this website and provides anonymous visit statistics and security.
How long we keep it
- Project enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract follows.
- Job applications and CVs: up to 12 months, so we can match you to new roles. Ask us at any time to delete yours sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can also withdraw consent at any time. Email info.abs@absengservices.com and we will respond within the time set by law.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC), Kenya.
